To accelerate the high-quality development of the property service industry in Zhejiang Province, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province held a province-wide property management training class from November 29th to November 30th, 2023. Feng Guoxiong, the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers was invited by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province and the Zhejiang Property Management Association to impart knowledge on the laws and regulations, historical development, and advanced service concepts of property management in Hong Kong during the training, which has benefited many participating companies and got the industry thinking.

By noon on November 30th, accompanied by Yu Zhongxiang, the Chairman and President, and Yuan Haibin, the Vice President of Hangzhou Binjiang Property Management Co., Ltd., Feng Guoxiong, the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers, visited Renbin Apartment, a high-end residential quarter served by Binjiang Property.

Located in Yinchao Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, adjacent to the Qiantang River, the Renbin Apartment was delivered in March 2022, comprising a total of 9 buildings and accommodating more than 480 households. Among the 9 buildings, one is for talent security purposes only with young regular teachers and medical staff as target residents.

In late November which is the best autumn time in Hangzhou, the Renbin Apartment is decorated with colorful leaves. Accompanied by the Binjiang Property team led by Yu Zhongxiang, the Chairman of Binjiang Property, Present Feng Guoxiong appreciated the elegant environment and visited the reception building, the shared kitchen, which is one of the unique features of open floors, and the water bar, gym, and reading space of the basement clubhouse.

President Feng Guoxiong learned from his communication with Chairman Yu Zhongxiang that in order to enhance interaction among neighbors, Renbin Apartment has stylishly planned the public space on open floors and designed various functions for the basement clubhouse. Reading, exercise, parent-child activities, and food sharing are all connected to create a refined daily life for the proprietors.

During the investigation, President Feng highly appreciated the steward grid management, the humanized service concepts, and the standardized, regulated, and refined service methods carried out by the property management service center.
